Yosei and I thank each of you for the part you played in this little
condo drama of ours of search and search, grab(!), lock, and fine-tune
the many details. It went very smoothly, all things told, and the
outcome is just what we were hoping for. Yosei is set for college,
great location, and the property is in nice condition, and we have
a good loan.
